Galardi Bowen Plastic Surgery Announces First 2023 Galardi Bowen Give Back Initiative Partner

Galardi Bowen Plastic Surgery is deeply committed to giving back to the communities where we live and work through the Galardi Bowen Give Back Initiative. We are pleased to announce that we have partnered with the PiN Ministry to help support the mission of providing resources and assistance to those experiencing homelessness in the Virginia Beach area.

Did you know that bras are one of the most requested items for women in need?

With this in mind, our 2023 goal is to collect as many bras as possible, and with your support, we know we can make it happen!

For our part in this Galardi Bowen Give Back Initiative, we have committed to providing 15 new bras per month to be tagged with breast cancer screening information and donated to the PiN Ministry for community distribution.

We’re encouraging our patients to join us in helping our neighbors in need by bringing gently worn pre-surgery bras to follow-up appointments for our collection basket.

Bras that are washed and clean can be dropped off  Monday through Friday during normal business hours at:

Community support by GBR includes; The Breast Cancer Foundation, The United Way, Wags and Wishes, D-Feet Cancer: The Dalton Fox Foundation, and area schools BM Williams Primary, Kingston Elementary, and Moyock Elementary.
