In order to ensure smooth handling of claims, it is essential to provide us with complete and accurate insurance information. Please bring your insurance information with you each time you come to our office. Plastic surgery procedures that are typically covered by insurance include breast reduction, breast reconstruction, and Moh’s closure.

Please check with your insurance company to see if it will cover your procedure. If your surgery is covered, ask your primary care physician for a plastic surgeon referral. If your insurance does not cover your procedure, we request that you please pay in advance. We accept most types of payments.

Galardi Bowen cosmetic fee estimates are all inclusive: The Surgeon’s Fee, operating room fees, anesthesia fees, (such as implants) are all included. There are no hidden fees or surprises.

The full balance is due 2 weeks prior to surgery, at the time of the patient’s pre-operative appointment. Patients who choose to have their surgery done in a hospital will also need to pay additional hospital and anesthesia fees.
